All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.
We ship to the lower 48 States unless otherwise stated. Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico carry a surcharge. Unfortunately Freight items do not qualify for free shipping. Depending on the item, it may have a handling time of 1-5 business days from the time the paypal payment is received & cleared.
Refunds will be granted for items returned within the specified time frame and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (to cover original shipping and fees). An item must be returned in the same condition it left here and with its original box (where this applies). Any new item that upon return shows signs of use will not be eligible for a refund. If you anticipate having to return an item prior to purchase please ask questions to try and avoid the un-necessary sending of that item. Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 120 day warranty. All drivetrain (engines, transmission, rear axles, etc) carry a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty unless otherwise stated. The 3 month period starts when you take possession of the part. We do not cover the expenses of reprogramming,or any labor costs unless a labor warranty is purchased at the time of checkout.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. You have 14 days to return a part for any reason other than failure, to process the return you must contact us within the 14 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization). Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to The Parts Farm, 1572 Ross Bowen Rd. Lyons, GA 30436 along with the RMA number.
