How to use self-study:

When using the controller and the motor to work for the first time, should first use self-study wire.
Step 1. Connect the motor wire, Hall wire, battery wire, and other function wires.
Step 2, connect the self-study wire, the motor rotates forward, let it learn automatically for 10-20 seconds, disconnect the self-study wire, connect to other function wires, complete the self-study, and do not need to use it in the future.

How to set the P07:

1. If your motor have speed sensor wire ( some is the white wiring in hall), the P07 set to 1.
2. If your motor without speed sensor wire ( hall is 5 wiring) , so you must know your motor magnet number and motor gear ratio.
P07= magnet * gear ratio ( ex: magnet =20 , gear ratio= 1:4.5 , so P07 set to 20*4.5=90

Common troubleshooting

2.E06, Battery undervoltage: Please check whether the P03 item of the meter voltage setting is set correctly and whether the battery voltage is normal.

3.E07, Motor failure: Whether the motor phase wire and Hall wire are connected normally, and whether there is bad or loose contact.

4.E08, Handlebar failure: Check the Handlebar. (The Handlebar needs to be replaced if there is a problem with the Handlebar)

5. E09, controller failure: check whether the controller phase line is short-circuited with the positive and negative lines, check whether the output voltage of the 5V signal line is normal. Disconnect other lines, the controller only connects the battery and the meter, and then turn on the controller to look at the controller Will the E07 fault be sent? If the E07 fault is sent, then you can be sure that the controller and the instrument are normal, and then reconnect other accessories to see which accessories are connected to the E09. Find out the cause of the fault (determine the controller Problem, you need to replace the corresponding controller)

6.E10-E11, communication failure: check whether the battery voltage is normal, check whether the meter and the controller have poor contact or looseness, and use the troubleshooting method to make the controller connect only to the power supply and the meter, and then whether there is still a communication failure when starting up, If the communication failure is resolved and other failures are displayed. It means that the communication has been normal, indicating that the controller protection is caused by other accessories or line problems. (If it is indeed a communication failure, the instrument and the controller need to be replaced. The specific depends on whether the control is broken or the instrument is broken.
