Great for photoshoots and special parties. Although this is not a tight item if you are in between sizes we recommend you go a size down for a slightly tighter fit.
The Kimono
This is a beautiful collectors item which will flatter any body type; and comes with the obi shown (corset available here). This is not the classic boxy kimono shape, it is constructed so that the cut of the kimono flares out from the waist so you can have a small waist with a corset and still have the elegant base. The front length angles down to 180cm (for the size medium), sleeves are 120 cm long, and the full back at the longest point of the train is 225” when lain flat. Remember it will be shorter on you since it will cinch in at the waist but still its best to wear this with heels.
The Obi
The obi is constructed from the same colour PVC as the kimono and is backed for rigidity. The obi is shown worn over the corset in some of the images and ties in the back with four straps which are tucked underneath. See the detail shots for closeups. There is a hand made PVC flower attached to the back corner. The kimono can most certainly be worn with just the obi (included), however the outfit looks best if you cinch the waist using an underbust corset underneath the obi. If you'd like just a regular underbust corset for the same price instead the Obi e-mail us after checkout!
