Sofie’s Pleasant Day Sundress is designed to fit 18 inch dolls such as American Girl® by Sofie Clareese Fashion.

The dress features a lined bodice with a modified bolero style overlay and knotted bow accent. The front, overlay, and back are sewn together in one step then lined with a one piece lining. The skirt of dress can be styled and accented with a simple fold placket and buttons or left plain.

Fashion Fabric: 100% Cotton (such as quilting cotton) or similar hand & drape woven fabrics
Bodice Lining:  Lawn, batiste

SUPPLIES

• 1/2 Yd. Fashion Fabric (minimum 45 inch width)

• 10 inch wide x 8 inch long piece of contrast fabric for Overlay

• 15 inch wide X 11 inch long piece of lining fabric

• 3 Snaps (back closure) (or Hook & Loop Tape)

• Optional - Buttons for front skirt (4) and back closure (3 over snaps)

• Hand Sewing Needle

• Matching thread
