Now when I take them and let them dissolve under my tongue I know that in about 30 minutes or less I will start to feel drowsy and will naturally go to sleep. Over time I have felt my sleep has deepened and now I rarely awaken during the night. By the way, in the beginning of my search to solve my insomnia problem, I tried taking the melatonin pills that you just swallow but did not get the same results that I have gotten with these that I put under my tongue.
