I'd say this is in the small or extra small size range but do see measurements below. Excellent vintage condition. The only things worth mentioning is a small bit at the bottom of the zipper needs some stitches and there is a side seam also that needs about an inch of stitches.

Measurements when lying flat.
Bust: 35"
Waist: 26"
Hip: 37" approx.
Shoulder to waist: approx. 14.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 44"
