This is a dress I bought years ago from the fabulous Dame Darcy (meatCakes) Comic. I think there is a photo floating around online of her wearing it. Old Lace, drop waist which is tiered in the back side buckle. The velvet isn't silk velvet more crushed to lay flat. 

I believe this dress is 20's due to the original old lace and the cut but ask me questions if you need to. The lace has a small hole on the front which is repairable if you want to do that. Totally wearable and study opens down the front a bit. No label
