I haven’t decided if I really like Matcha, as I got this, just to find that out. I find that the packaging is interesting, and it is best, probably, to store it in the package it comes in. Very matcha taste and texture. I used this to create a matcha butter cream for my enchanted garden themed cupcakes and it was so delicious. There was no spiciness and I was able to use the rest to make matcha for the kids so I definitely got a good value for my money. I did not have any digestive problems using this.
