Wouldnβt buy again
We got these to help our 6-year-old fall asleep. We were looking for something that was yummy and worked for sleep; these didnβt do either. My son didnβt like the taste and when he did finally take it, he didnβt fall asleep. Β We never took it again.Β

Didn't Notice Difference
The taste is actually pretty good, honestly it's more like a treat than a supplement... but I haven't noticed any significant changes after going through the entire bottle. They didn't cause any upset stomach or side effects, which is a plus, but the overall benefits feel negligible.
