Glad I Gave It a Try

I wasn't sure if this Metamucil fiber supplement would make much of a difference, but after taking it consistently, I'm really glad I decided to try it. The results weren't instant, but over time I noticed that I felt lighter, cleaner, and just generally better overall. The sugar-free formula is a nice bonus, and it's easy to make part of a daily routine. I've found that consistency is key, and once I started taking it regularly, I could definitely tell a difference. If you're on the fence about trying a fiber supplement, this one has worked very well for me. It's a simple addition to my day that has had a noticeable positive impact. I'll definitely keep using it.

It really does help 'keep you regular' & the name brand dissolves easier than the generic W@lm@rt brand. It doesn't MAKE you 'go', it just gives your gut a little something to work with, so to speak. Maybe TMI, but you also go alot cleaner, if you catch my drift. That's a nice bonus. ;0)

Great to curb food cravings

Saw this on a YouTube video for reducing appetite/curbing snack cravings and wow! I’m on day 2 and this will always be in my pantry. After 30 min of drinking this I feel sooo full. No appetite for 4 hours like I ate a huge meal. The flavor is also good. No cramps or gas and the fiber content isn’t crazy so I haven’t experienced any negative side effects either. If you’re trying to lose weight this may help. Haven’t thought about snacking all day. Give it a try

If you have a dark space that you want to turn into a jungle oasis, the Pothos is your new bff. Seriously. Ocean can hang with most indoor lighting conditions and isn’t too fussy about humidity. She’ll also purify the air in your home, so you can breathe easy breezy. Pothos plants do prefer their soil on the moist side, but are verrrrrry drought resistant. Some people refer to Ocean and her amigos as Devil’s Ivy but she’s not a fan of that nickname (we learned the hard way, see above).
