Each tool is stamped with the characters hidehisa which during the Edo period in Japan, represented superior quality and craftsmanship and has become a Toyama Hamono signature.
Care: To best care for carbon steel, soak in warm water with mild soap after each use and hand dry. Always keep dry when not in use. If rust occurs on carbon steel blades, carefully clean with linseed or camellia blade oil.
