This introductory workshop focuses on propagation of houseplant cuttings in both water and soil. We'll learn how to take and propagate stem cuttings, leaf cuttings, and leaf petiole cuttings.

Each participant will get some hands-on experience taking a stem cutting and will leave with their new propagation.

Community workshops are for you, our community! We offer a limited number of tickets for most workshops at a reduced rate. Please choose the price that best honors where you’re at. If you are able to pay at the suggested level or higher, it helps keep our workshops on a sliding scale for those who can contribute at a different scale.

Policies:
No refunds are available for workshop registration.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. To do this, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Ticket Transfer: [Name of Workshop]” using the same email address that was provided at registration. Include the full name & email address of the person who you would like to transfer your ticket to. We’ll take it from there! 

If you provide 7 days' notice and we are able to fill your spot, we may be able to issue a credit toward a future workshop.

In the event a class is cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, increases in local Covid cases, changes to local Covid guidance, positive Covid cases on our staff, or other Act of God, you will receive a credit to take another class at a later date (in-person or virtual).
