Vista V3 Features:

This was a very good and genuinely helpful book. Estate planning and living trusts can feel intimidating, especially when you start hearing legal terminology and worrying about making costly mistakes. A great tool for learning about trust funds.

This is an easy-to-read book that guides one through the process of what to do upon death. I went through this recently with my family and wish that I had this book at the time. Coincidentally, I'm meeting with an attorney for exactly this reason (serendipity?). The book clearly defines the common lingo used throughout the process and identifies principal participants, pitfalls, and a general knowledge of how best to execute one of the most important documents of our lives.
