Sunlight brings out bright colors in Sempervivums. When planted in shade or grown indoors away from a sunny window, and during warmer weather, many varieties tend to fade to a plain green color.
Hardy Zones 4-9 or indoors
Indoors, Hens Chicks should be grown in a sunny window and watered when dry.
