Native to the tropical West African region, Zeylanica has long, pointy, sword-like dark green leaves with creamy white wavy stripes. This plant is tough and hardy. It requires very little care and makes for a perfect houseplant for beginners or people with a busy lifestyle.
  
  As a Snake Plant, Zeylanica is one of the most effective air-purifying plants. Sansevieria species can remove common airborne toxins and clean your indoor air.
  
   Zeylanica produces greenish-white, fragrant flowers, but it is extremely rare for this plant to bloom. Note: The item displayed is 6".

• Sansevieria Zeylanica prefers many bright, indirect sunlight, but it also tolerates different lighting conditions. Deep shade, however, can make the leaves darker. Avoid harsh direct sun to prevent scorching leaves.
  
  Sansevieria Zeylanica needs watering about once per week. Only water when the soil is dry to the touch. Drain well after each watering. Water more in the growing season (spring/summer)and less in the cold months.
