This glass chocolate is created from finely ground colored glass powders using variations of the centuries old technique of pate de verre (no paints are used in our work). The base is created over an open flame utilizing lampworking techniques that originated in antiquity. Our creations are annealed (cooled to room temperature) in a carefully controlled kiln to ensure strength and durability.This inedible chocolate is from our ''Petit Four Collection" and is just one of our many chocolate treats. We design our art glass delicacies to evoke memories of innocence, love and happy times. These pieces are created to tease, seduce, tempt and delight. Use them to create a unique display in a favorite heirloom dish or cabinet for your home or office. They are also perfect and thoughtful gifts for yourself or your friends.
The glass chocolate measures 1.5" x 1.25" x 1.5" (slightly larger than an actual chocolate candy) and sits in a fluted glassine paper candy cup. The bottom of the chocolate is covered in felt to protect the surface it will sit upon. Each beautiful glass chocolate is signed (Hulet), dated and comes to you in a colorful gift box with an enclosure card telling a bit about the piece.

Don’t bother, not worth the $
Much smaller in person than it appears. Looks more like a piece of coral than a tree. I got this to display some ornaments for sale at craft fairs, but it’s so small, it looks silly with the ornaments on it. Super flimsy, made of cheap plastic. Definitely not worth $14. Will be returning.
