Be sure to provide medium to bright indirect sunlight and water thoroughly when the first 3-4" of soil is dry. As a Dracaena plant, the Refelxa can survive a forgotten watering or two, but you might see a small temper tantrum of a few dropped or yellow leaves as a result.
