Anemone occidentalis, also known as Western pasqueflower, is a herbaceous perennial native to western North America. It grows up to 12-18 inches tall, featuring finely divided, fern-like leaves. In early spring, it produces showy, purple to lavender flowers with bright yellow centers. This drought-tolerant plant thrives in well-draining soil and full sun to partial shade. It adds a burst of color to natural landscapes and gardens, attracting pollinators and contributing to the beauty of early spring with its delicate blooms and attractive foliage. Zones 4-8

Germination

To germinate Anemone occidentalis seeds, start by stratifying them to simulate winter conditions, which helps break dormancy and promotes germination. Place the seeds in a damp paper towel or a plastic bag filled with moistened peat moss, vermiculite, or sand. Seal the bag or wrap the towel and refrigerate it for 6-8 weeks. After stratification, prepare a seed starting tray or small pots filled with a well-draining seed starting mix. Moisten the soil evenly, ensuring it's not waterlogged. Then, sow the Anemone occidentalis seeds evenly over the surface of the soil and lightly press them into the soil with your fingertips. Cover them lightly with a thin layer of soil or vermiculite. Place the tray or pots in a cool location with indirect sunlight, maintaining a temperature between 55-65°F (13-18°C). Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy by misting regularly or using a gentle watering can. Germination typically occurs within 30-60 days. Once the seedlings have emerged, provide adequate spacing if growing in trays, or transplant them into individual pots when they have developed a few sets of true leaves. Continue to care for the seedlings with proper watering, light, and nutrients as they grow into mature plants.

Not worth it - (2nd day of having product)
Color: Orange
Fun toy out of the box - Frenchie dog. Charge does not last long. Even with recharging, the motor seems weaker. It asks to keep the charging port dry, but it is not slobber-proof, so when opened, the entire inside is wet - I have to blow-dry the charging port in order to be able to recharge it Day 2 - movement is so weak, but it shows full charge. Barking sound is no longer audible. If you have a chewer... not great as it is easily broken apart. Not really worth it. At least it's cheaper on Amazon than their website.

Interactive Dog Toy
Color: Orange
My 100 lb shephard/golden mix likes this toy but she tends to get agitated with it. I have to keep an eye on her because she destroys toys in record time. The only complaint I really have is once she gets interested and plays for a long time it needs to be charged and she doesn't want me to take it to be charged. Wish the charge lasted a little longer or there were two of the inner parts so one could charge while she is playing with the second one. The plastic ball could be made of rubber so the teeth marks don't show up.

Picky dog approved!
Color: S6-muti-color, Color: S6-muti-color
I have wasted so much money on dog balls that they won't even pick up! They finally were obsessed with the Kong rubber green/blue or red/blue ones, but they're $3+. each, and they break from the dogs squishing it. I honestly had zero expectations on these, and they BOTH picked them up on the first throw! That's huge!! Seem to work fine in the ChuckIt. As for the squeaker, at first I was like "Oh nooooo." when they both loudly started! Much to my (and my neighbors') happiness, the squeakers stopped working after a couple minutes. 🤣
