Nije bitno da li roditelji više vole šetnju gradom kroz uske gradske prolaze ili šetnju u prirodi šumskim stazama, Maxi Cosi Stella ispunjava sve njihove želje i prelazi sve prepreke. Sa širinom od svega 55cm i gumama ispunjenim penom za maksimalnu apsorbciju stresa, Stela je pogodna za sve uslove i sve terene.
Beba je maksimalno ušuškana u ležećem ili sedećem položaju sa dubokom tendom kao zaštitom od sunca, vetra i kiše. Kolica se mogu kombinovati sa Maxi Cosi autosedištem-nosiljkom i/ili  sklopivom ravnom korpom čineći funkcionalan sistem 2u1 ili 3u1.
Prednji točkovi kolica rotiraju ali se mogu blokirati. Na zadnjim točkovima se nalaze amortizeri.
Ručka kolica se podešava po visini.
Sedište kolica je reverzibilno, okreće se u smeru vožnje i u kontrasmeru.
Uz kolica dobijate korpu za kupovinu, kišnu navlaku i adaptere za Maxi Cosi sklopivu korpu i  autosedište (autosedište se postavlja na 2 adaptera, na kolica se montira adapter za korpu a na njega adapter za sedište).
