A natural, organic, and herbal fertility tea designed to help prepare your body for conception and early stages of pregnancy. The herbs selected focus on supporting uterus health, strengthening and stimulating ovulation, hormonal balance, and toning of the pelvic muscles. So, if you want to get your body baby-ready, healthy and glowing, this tea is your new best friend.

This tea contains zero pesky synthetics, chemicals or flavour enhancers. It is made with organic, non-GMO ingredients and is free from artificial additives, preservatives and sweeteners. It's also gluten-free and vegan-friendly.

How many cups do I get in one canister vs. one pouch?

1 canister: 20 cups worth of tea (using 2 gold teaspoons per teacup)
1 pouch: 33 cups worth of tea - so one month if you drink the tea everyday (using 2 gold teaspoons per teacup)

What are the ingredients?

Chaste tree berries
Raspberry leaf
Lady Mantle
Lavender
Nettle
Lemon balm
Licorice root

How often should I drink fertility tea?

We recommend 2-4 teacups a day (max. 500ml). There is no caffeine in this tea so you can enjoy it at anytime during the day, however, for best results we recommend it first thing in the morning (predictability and consistency is great for hormone health)!

When should I drink fertility tea?

The same time of the day, every day (preferably in the morning). Structure and predictability is important when it comes to hormone health. So pick a routine that works for you and stick with it. If you're a morning cup of tea gal then make it part of your morning routine. If you prefer it at lunch or in the evening then do it then. The aim is for similar time every day. In the same way your menstrual cycle is a cyclical and (should be) somewhat predictable, your fertility tea blend is designed to fit in with that.

As for when in your life? Anytime BEFORE you're pregnant! This tea is designed to help prepare your body for conception and pregnancy (we recommend drinking the tea at least 3 months before trying to conceive). The raspberry leaf, stinging nettle, and chaste tree berries are designed to help prepare the uterus for pregnancy, stimulate ovulation, and balance hormones. You can start it at any point during your cycle.

Once pregnancy is confirmed please stop drinking this tea. It's not recommended to drink while pregnant because the herbs used in this tea are designed to balance hormones pre-pregnancy and not during. During pregnancy, we recommend women turn to our pregnancy-safe tea range.

You can re-enjoy this tea after bubs is born to help re-tone the uterus and regulate postnatal hormones.

Can I drink this tea while pregnant?

Once you fall pregnant (week 5 / 6) we recommend you stop drinking this tea as drinking raspberry leaf is not recommended while you're pregnant. Try some of our other caffeine-free options such as our Morning Glo (great for morning sickness) or the calming Relaxation Glo blend. If you continue drinking it during the first few weeks of pregnancy, don't freak out, it has not been associated to a have a negative affect on you or the baby it just hasn't shown to do any good either which is why we recommend to stop. During pregnancy, we recommend women turn to our pregnancy-safe tea range.

Always seek a professional medical opinion if you have any questions, symptoms or concerns about your health and diet before or during pregnancy.

Can I drink this tea while breastfeeding?

Typically, yes. But again, seek a professional medical opinion if you're unsure about your specific breastfeeding situation.

Is it normal for your cycle length to change while drinking this tea?

Yes that can happen and that's a good thing. Cycles should typically sit around the 28 day mark (give or take a few days either side). So if you're extra short or extra long (more than 4 day variance on each side) then you want to slowly start correcting your cycle to that optimum length where hormones are balanced and doing their thing. A balanced cycle is made up of a follicular phase of about 14 days (where FSH and estrogen are being released to get ovaries juicy and ready to release an egg) and then a luteal phase of about 14 days (where progesterone kicks in to keep that uterine line thick and ready for pregnancy).

Why is this tea good for fertility?

Red Raspberry Leaf has quite the reputation for improving fertility. Its secret weapons include regulating hormone levels, reducing inflammation, and relaxing the uterus. Plus, it's a vitamin and mineral powerhouse, packed with iron, calcium, and magnesium - all crucial for reproductive health. Raspberry leaf is also known to keep Luteinizing hormone (LH) and Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in check, boosting the odds of conception.

Chaste Tree Berries: a multitasking fertility booster that regulates the levels of hormones (luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)) necessary for ovulation and a healthy balanced menstrual cycle. Its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties can help alleviate PMS symptoms and regulate menstrual cycles. Chaste Tree Berries also encourage progesterone production which is an essential hormone for a healthy conception.

Licorice Root: Licorice root is believed to have a calming effect on the hormones responsible for regulating the menstrual cycle and is thought to improve overall reproductive health.

Nettle Leaf: Nettle leaf is a rich source of iron, calcium, and other essential vitamins and minerals that are important for reproductive health.

How do I brew Fertility for Her tea?

Place 2 teaspoons per cup of tea (250ml) into a strainer. Pour boiling water (100 degrees) over the tea and allow tea leaves to infuse for at least 4 minutes. Remove the strainer and enjoy. You can also allow the tea to cool down and pour it over ice or into a smoothie if you prefer to have it cold. Click here for a step by step guide.

Is this tea safe to drink during IVF cycles?

Yes (but no more than 3 cups per day). The tea is safe to drink up to the 2 weeks mark post embryo transfer. If your bloods come back negative (bummer) keep your chin up and continue to drink the fertility tea to strengthen your uterus and support hormones for future attempts. If you are positive (big yay) then stop drinking the fertility tea and swap it out for our pregnancy safe options such as Morning Glo or Relaxation Glo.

My 22 year-old grandson was incredibly happy with this gift!
Format: Paperback
I can't write a meaningful review of the content of this book, because I don't begin to understand it, however, it was one of the things my grandson requested for his 22nd birthday, and he seemed thrilled to get it and he tells me it's a great book, so I can say whole heartedly, this is a terrific birthday gift for anyone who's into computer games.

More Theory than Actionable Advice on Game Design
Format: Paperback
Not a bad book, but not what I expected going in. I read this for a bookclub like event on twitch. I thought there was going to be actionable advice. Like 'do X to make Y feel". The introduction points out that the book is not about the emotional feelings a player receives from games, and this is true. The book DOES provide a language for discussing game design at a more academic level. It is about the theory of how a game feels, and while I didn't agree with everything Steve wrote it was easy enough to follow the thoughts.

MUST HAVE for game devs
Format: Paperback
Fantastic book about the theories of what makes a game feel good and fun to play. I'd be doing the author a disservice if I attempted to explain it myself, just purchase the book and read it for yourself. Written very well and easy to understand even while going into very complex and intricate explanations. I'd say that this is a must have for any game developer. Hell, even for those who are just interested in learning more about games.
