Growing Tips
- Start seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last expected frost, or direct sow after frost danger has passed.
- Lavender germinates best with a cold stratification period of 2 to 4 weeks before planting.
- Press seeds lightly onto the surface of a well-draining seed-starting mix. Do not cover deeply - lavender needs light to germinate.
- Keep soil lightly moist until germination, which typically occurs in 14 to 28 days at 65 to 70 degrees F.
- Transplant outdoors in full sun with well-draining soil. Lavender does not tolerate soggy roots.
- Space plants 12 to 18 inches apart. Munstead reaches approximately 12 to 18 inches in height and spread at maturity.
- Once established, water only during extended dry spells. Avoid overwatering.

Solid and comfy

Absolutely love these sports bras. They’re simple and solid, and I love the colors! They do run small, so I’m glad I sized up. I’m usually a small, but got a medium and they fit perfectly. For reference I’m 5’5”, 125lbs, 34B. They wash well too! Just make sure to air dry them and wash on cold only.

Great bra, poor customer service

I like this bra. It offers great support. But the sizes run small. I remembered this after placing my order. So I got back with Amazon two times within six hours of placing the order to cancel, so I could exchange it for a larger size. Amazon would not cancel the order. And they have no option for exchanging it. They used to allow 24 hours before processing an order. Not so here.

best bra for big chested girls!!!

The best sports bra!!! I’m a D normally if we are talking Victoria secret they would probably say I’m wayyy farther down the alphabet. Basically I’m pretty big chested and this bra is everything I could ever want. Not only does it actually hold up the girls but I can jump and they will hardly move. The biggest problem I have with sports bras is there’s zero support and my boobs kinda just sag but this actually make me feel like I’m three cup sizes smaller! I did size down to a medium but it still fits me perfectly. I’m going to order this is every color just because ITS THAT GOOD!

Nice! Size up! I ordered a large and it fits great! I'm 8-10, medium in everything else so I thank previous comments saying it runs small. It was quite comfortable, but if it is moisture wicking, I sure couldn't tell!
