A three-wheeler stroller that easily adapts to sporty parents. With its large, pneumatic tires, the Runner looks the part, even off the beaten track. At the same time, it has surprisingly compact folded dimensions that make it suitable for everyday use.

Staying active is guaranteed with the Runner, because this dynamic buggy can’t wait to go exploring. The Runner is robust, low-maintenance and has been made for all weathers. The footrest has been designed for kids who love splashing in puddles, because it doesn’t gives shoes the chance to come into contact with the fabrics. The Runner gives sporty parents everything they need for flexibility at all times, for example, the front wheel swivels through 360°, but can also be locked if required.

Up or down or one of the many options in between? If mom and dad are different heights, they can individually adjust the handle by more than 30cm to suit their height. This makes the Runner a lot more pleasant and comfortable to use. We’ve thought about the passenger too, because mystery tours are hard work. The backrest of the comfortable seat is easy to adjust down to a lying position. To prevent your child being dazzled by the sun, simply pull the canopy far forward. This opens up netting for optimum air circulation.

The padded, 5-point belt and front bar keep your child safe on all journeys. The parking brake reliably prevents the Runner from moving, while you take a break.

The large basket has room for all baby essentials or taking home things you have gathered on your trip.

NEW! You can now use the Runner for even longer, because the buggy can carry up to 25kg. This means we voluntarily satisfy requirements over and above legal standards.

An essential book on U.S. race and capitalism!
Format: Paperback
One of the most important books on race and capitalism ever written. Such a nuanced study of the California penal system that includes the racist structure of the United States’ criminal justice system, but goes far beyond to analyze how capitalism and profit drive politicians, police, investors, landowners, and working class people—white and Black—to expand the prison system in an age of dropping crime rates. I teach it regularly to undergraduates and graduate students, and it drives fascinating discussions.

Format: Paperback
If anyone has mastered the political economy and geography of prisons in California, it is Ruth Wilson Gilmore in Golden Gulag. Gilmore does a great job of discussing and parceling out the very complex and complicated relationships that exist between capitalism as a system that produces our material world alongside economic crises, and the function of prisons to absorb, manage, relocate and "hide" those very crises in the era of neoliberalism. She also skillfully reminds us over and over that it is black and brown working-class poor communities that bear the brunt of this kind of system that also expresses it's power via white supremacy. I am finding this book very useful and chock-full of interesting information for my current research. People may find the book a difficult read because it loaded with information and technicalities they are unfamiliar with, but these are good reasons to struggle with a text and truly grasp the increasingly intricate processes that determine and guide the world we live in (and the places we may end up locked in!). As Marx said, there is no royal road to science and knowledge.
