Crossing our gorgeous red crystal with our dressleri x RBC.
The seed parent is definitely a standout example of its cross. Gorgeous emergents that harden off black with contrasting lightning-esque veins. The red petiolar plexus & red through the basal veins holds for multiple leaves.
The pollen parent is quite a compact grower with almost black leaves. Very dark red/purple petioles & veins with red visible in petiolar plexus. Nice pillow shape & overlapping lobes.
We hope that the offspring form this cross will be quite round & compact, very dark with strong red features. Hoping for veins to be somewhere between the two parents.
