- Stratification (Required): Foxtail Lily seeds require a cold period to germinate. Mix seeds with moist sand in a sealed bag and refrigerate for 30 days.
- Sowing: After stratification, sow seeds in deep pots filled with sandy, well-draining seed starting mix.
- Depth: Plant seeds 1/16 inch deep.
- Germination: Keep at 55-65°F. Germination can be slow and irregular; do not discard pots for at least 6 months.
- Light Requirement: Full Sun.
