Tillandsia Flabellata is an air plant with thick, shiny leaves. The leaves range from a deep green to maroon. This is one of the few species that can actually be planted in a well-draining orchid mix or sphagnum moss (similar to T. Cyanea). Our plants are the vigorous Guatemalan variant. They are relatively quick growers and can get as tall as 12 inches. When in bloom, a simple orange to red bloom is produced. Our plants range significantly in size.
