Anthurium ‘Dressleri Indo’ × A. pinkleyi is a Vietnamese hybrid combining the robust foliage and strong vein contrast of a ‘Dressleri’ indo clone with the gloss and shape of Anthurium pinkleyi. Expect leaves that are dark, substantial in size and sub-glossy. The growth habit will likely be upright to arching, possibly with moderate pendant effects depending on light and how much “pinkleyi” traits dominate as it matures.

Because Dressleri Indo hybrids are often vigorous and show variation, this cross should do well under good conditions, expressing leaf‑size, contrast, and sheen when given warmth, humidity, and filtered light.

Native to:
Neither parent is truly “wild” in the sense of origin of the specific cultivar. Dressleri Indo is a cultivated hybrid from Indonesian nurseries; A. pinkleyi is native to tropical moist forests in Central and South America. The hybrid inherits preference for warm, shaded tropical forest understorey conditions: high humidity, organic‑rich substrate, protection from strong direct sun, and stable temperatures.

Water:
Maintain substrate that stays moist but not soggy. Let the top ~ one‑third of the potting mix dry slightly between waterings. Use a potting medium that is airy and loose (e.g. bark, perlite, some sphagnum or peat coir) to give good drainage and air to the roots. Avoid letting water collect in the base or keeping the soil waterlogged as this leads to root rot; likewise avoid letting it dry out completely, especially under lower humidity.

Light:
Bright filtered light is ideal. Protect from direct midday sun; dappled shade or morning/evening sun filtered through a curtain works well. If light is too weak, expect slower growth, reduced venation contrast or gloss, and perhaps paler new leaves. If light is too strong, leaf scorching or faded colour may occur.

Humidity:
High humidity is beneficial — aim for around 60‑80% if possible. Lower humidity will reduce visual features (gloss, vein contrast), possibly lead to brown edges or more rapid water loss from leaf surfaces. Because this hybrid will more readily benefit from humid air, use humidifiers, pebble trays, misting, or micro‑climates. If size allows, growing in a humid cabinet or greenhouse will help.

Temperature:
Keep temperatures warm and fairly stable: approximately 18‑27 °C is a good operating range. Night‑time lows lower than about 15‑16 °C may stress the hybrid. Avoid cold drafts or placing near windows that get cold at night in winter. Consistent warmth helps leaf colour, gloss, and overall health.

(Mostly) Well Constructed and Seals Tightly
This is my first experience with ready-to-fill sealable coffee bags. I normally buy coffee in resealable bags (12oz seems to be a standard size) and while convenient, they tend to be more expensive than buying coffee in cans. With these bags, I am now able to buy a large canister of coffee, empty it into the Maestri House bags, seal them up and enjoy the convenience of a resealable package at a more affordable price point. The bags are sturdy and thick and feature a "freshness" valve that allows you to squeeze excess air out without ambient air getting in. After filling the bag with fresh coffee, I sealed the top with my existing vacuum sealer (the kind used to preserve meat, etc. for freezing) and it worked great. The only issue I encountered, on the first bag I filled, was that the little tab that you hold in order to remove the thin foil strip that initially covers the resealable zipper tore off as soon as I started to remove it. It was a bit difficult to grab the remainder of that strip in order to remove it. That did not happen on the other 3 bags I've since used, so don't know if that's a common issue or not. Besides coffee, you could store a variety of items in these bags. We're thinking of filling them with candy (e.g. gummy bears), sealing them up, then giving them away as favors at upcoming graduation events. The included self-stick labels will allow us to personalize each bag.

Looks nice but will NOT hold a vacuum seal.
I bought these bags to put ground and whole bean coffee in. I have found that after vacuum sealing the bags, even double sealing them, the vacuum simply won't hold. I am using the vacuum sealer that I have been using in my kitchen for years, so I know it's not that. Maybe the one way valve isn't truly one way. Not sure, but I am disappointed.

Good quality bags
These bags are very well made. They have a rectangular base and will stand up when filled. There is a one way vent to allow gas to escape from coffee. There is a zip seal and they can be sealed with a heat sealer. Labels are also included. The plain black bag is very versatile and can hold about a pound of coffee or something similar.

Professional, attractive looking coffee bags.
Whether for gifting or selling or just using at home, these coffee bags are durable and high quality, and they look very professional! I have used a couple of them with no issue with my Mylar bag heat sealer and have been very pleased with the results. I think the price (currently $36.99 for 60) is a good deal considering the quality and quantity you get with this order, and I feel confident recommending these bags to others based upon my own personal experience with them.

Good quality bags
I'm far from a professional coffee roaster, but I do enjoy it. I used to use just little plastic bags when giving coffee to friends and family, but these work so much better! They are quite thick and just feel like they're quality. I do not have a mylar sealer, but I did figure out that a vacuum heat sealer will work. Just gotta run the heat part a couple times. Probably not as good as a real mylar sealer, but it works. Again, I'm not professional. I like that, being black bags, they include a roll of labels. Hard to write on black, so this was a nice addition. Overall, these are great bags.
