A rare, intimate tour of more than 18 Amish vegetable gardens celebrates their eclectic mix of the utilitarian and decorative.Kitchen gardens are a long-standing Amish tradition, characterized by their eclectic mix of vegetables, fruit, herbs, and colorful flowers. Planned by the women of the household, they are used not only to feed their families but as an artistic outlet.
This book explores the family gardens as a portrait of the women who design, tend, and harvest them. Color photographs of more than 18 gardens capture their trademark mix of orderliness and ornamentation: marigolds tucked among the melons, cockscombs with the cabbage, and a whimsically painted chair, iron gate, or old balustrade.
Included are 32 family recipes straight from the garden: hot-pepper jam, fried green tomatoes, sweet dill pickles, sauerkraut for a crowd, corn fritters, and creamed celery. Like the resourceful women who tend them, each garden has its own personality and beauty.[AuthorName]By Beth Oberholtzer and Photographs by Don Shenk[/AuthorName][AuthorBio]Beth Oberholtzer is an author and book designer who grew up on a farm in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Simplicity
Color: Black/Orange
This watch was received exactly as advertised. First off the watch is economical compared to other watches that advertise the same details. I will say that I have gone through numerous Luminox watches only to be disappointed. This watch fits the bill. It does have solar cells which mean it needs to be exposed to light to keep running, not a problem. Three minutes under my surefire light I am golden. The bezel doesn't rotate actually no big deal for me. I have always required that the bezel moves not anymore after having a bezel that rotates I use it next to never. Here's why, the more I rotate the bezel the more the numbers wear off. The strap on the watch with the catches for the strap are perfect. They actually hold the watch strap in place in lieu of like other big name brands that just flop and slide. As far as everyday use goes this watch is my go to. To be honest I have purchased three. This is the only watch I will wear moving forward, yeah the glass my scratch but even the big names like the Luminox I spoke of earlier scratches too.

Excellent product, super good quality
Color: White, Size: Large
I think this is one of the best products I’ve bought on Amazon in recent years. I recommend it 100%; the fabric has a soft, comfortable texture, unlike other Oxford fabrics, which tend to be thicker and stiffer. It is easy—very easy—to iron, and the sizing is spot-on; I wear a size L, and it fit me perfectly. I will definitely be buying this shirt in black and navy blue.

Clean, comfortable staple for casual business wear
Color: Black, Size: Medium
Every wardrobe needs a sharp black button-down, and this JEMLDL Oxford shirt hits the nail on the head for versatile styling. The fabric has a nice, substantial weight to it—it's classic oxford cotton that feels durable but remains soft against the skin.
The fit is tailored nicely without being a restrictive slim-fit, and the integrated back pleat gives your shoulders plenty of room to move without the shirt pulling untucked. It features a traditional chest pocket and a crisp button-down collar that holds its shape under a blazer or worn casually open over a white tee. It washes up great and doesn't shrink up into a mini-shirt after a cycle in the dryer.
Pros:
Heavy-duty, high-quality oxford cotton weave.
Back pleat offers excellent shoulder mobility for active movement.
Versatile styling that dresses up or down effortlessly.
Cons:
Like all quality cotton oxfords, it requires a quick iron or steam to look crisp.
Fits true to size, but has zero elastane stretch in the fabric.
