The base of each leaf stalk--approximately the bottom 5 inches--is where the flavor hides in this citrusy herb. Remove the leafy top and woody bottom, strip the tough outer layers, and you'll discover the delicious white inner stalk. Chop or mince and add it to Asian-inspired curries, stir fries, and marinades. Use the discarded lemongrass bits to infuse tea, broth, or soup with citrus flavor. The flavor intensifies the longer you cook lemongrass. Use it fresh, or preserve it by drying or freezing. Lemongrass looks gorgeous growing in containers, raised beds, or in-ground gardens. Great product, sturdy and well made. Easy assembly.

These are awesome! They were easy to assemble. They are lightweight and easy to move. I was able to easily put all 6 pieces -(I ordered two sets)-into the back of my SUV at once, by myself (and I'm a short, older lady). Quality material. Very sturdy and steady. The first set I opened was a used one and did not include instructions, but it was still very easy to assemble and figure out. I recommend using a battery powered screwdriver. With that, the assembly of all 6 panels took less than 45 minutes.
