To care for, simply slide the wire wrapped air plant from the vessel and submerge both wire and air plant in a bowl of water for a couple hours, once a week. My family also uses the Thayers witch hazel, milky cleanser, and milky toner and they are all great. We have some sensitive skin types in our family and Thayers does well with sensitive skin types including this Ph balancing cleanser.
