As soon as you receive the package, please take the plant out of the box, and give it some water if the soil is dry. It is normal for plants to look limp and dry as they are stressed during the shipping process.

Please inspect your plant as soon as it was delivered and if there is any issue with the order, contact us within 24 HRS (No Exceptions) with clear images showing the issue

Time will tell

I won’t actually use these for a few days when my mattress arrives. Unboxed this morning and they are not as plump and full as I expected but they’re laying out to expand. Overall first impression is they felt comfortable and I could adjust them with my hands. They seem well made and durable. Cant say anything yet about firmness or shape retention since I’ve not used them. They feel like they will be soft. So time will tell but so far I’m loving what I see.

HOTEL pillows King Quality is Great

Just got these pillows today. I have never spent dollars on pillows; but I wanted Hotel Grand like the ones that I sleep on in the Hotels and these fit the bill. Large King is what I got and so far so good. Firm and Squishy like I like. I was impressed with the quality -- now lets just give them a few days rest. I am sure they will be GRAND.
