- They stay low to the ground while young, eventually growing an attractive trunk with diamond-shaped leaf-base scars. You can have this "diamond cut" done by a pro to get the best results.
- This palm is very cold hardy - taking Zone 9 temperatures in stride. It's also drought-tolerant as well as moderately-salt-tolerant. The silvery blue-green fronds are a nice contrast to other, more typical greenery.

Bought these for my 2004 M3, quality is good, fitment is OK, some gaps around the edges but you cant tell unless you look very closely. About as expected for the cost.

Last about a year ishhh

Plastic mold isn’t as straight as it should be, the clips don’t line up like oem. Product is wiggly. Had on car for over half a year.
Hasn’t faded. Just wish the fitment was better.
Update: the grill lasted about 1 1/2 years, it began to fade, and I had a slat crack, no evidence of impact. I ended up buying a better made product and replaced this grill.
