Our potted plants will grow faster then bare root plants, rhizomes or seeds. The first photo shows a mature plant. The second photo shows an example of the 2 year plant you will receive. The third photo shows our parent plant which we use for propagation. Plants will reach mature size in 2-3 years with proper care. Plant in part shade with plenty of water in the summer and good drainage in wet periods. Likes a rich soil with lots of compost and very good drainage. Needs wind and sun protection first year planted outside. Planting in a container is more challenging.
Grown in soil less mix, we can ship to all states. Shipped Priority Mail or UPS. Will ship only when your temperature is under 89 degrees.
If you are planning to plant in a container for a season, we recommend our Potting Soil Mix For Any Plants That Require Well Drained Soil.
Free Shipping to most locations. We cannot ship larger boxes or boxes to AK, HI, APO, US Territories, or areas considered remote without a freight surcharge.
If your temperature is warmer than 89 degrees or colder than 20 degrees, we will hold order until temperature improves. Please put your desired ship date in Special Instructions to Seller at checkout.
All plants are inspected for quality prior to shipment. Plants are rarely damaged in shipping, but if they are, please let us know right away so we can help. If there is any plant damage, take a photo of the package and plants. This will help us solve the problem. Please message us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
