Growing instructions:

• Sowing indoors: 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Cold stratify for 2 weeks in the fridge prior to starting seeds if starting indoors. 

• Sowing instructions for planting outdoors: Direct sow seeds outdoors in fall or early spring as soon as soil can be worked.  Germination: 14-21 days. Heat mat is not needed. 

Harvest tips: In year year, harvest the seed pod stems after they have dried and browned. Gently rub the outer brown layers off to reveal the clear inner layer and seeds.
