I bought this gold silverware pack for my parents' 50th anniversary party. The gold is a nice, pleasant shade and not too yellow or brassy looking. Nice and shiny. I had originally bought a set of plastic ware from a different retailer and ended up returning them to get these- the other ones were a dull, almost brownish gold and didn't look nearly as nice. I think these ended up being $3-4 cheaper anyway and we got more in the pack. We had a party for abut 60 guests and there were plenty of forks, knives, and spoons for lunch service, coffee stirring, and cake for dessert. The silverware goes well with other tableware, most of which is also from Amazon sellers (except the gold charger plates from Dollar Tree and the paper plates/napkins from Costco).
