Light: Schefflera ‘Charlotte’ thrives in bright, indirect light, which helps maintain its beautiful variegation. It can tolerate medium light, but avoid prolonged exposure to harsh direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves.

Water: Allow the top inch of soil to dry out before watering again. Schefflera prefers slightly moist soil but does not like to sit in water, so make sure the pot has good drainage. In winter or low-light conditions, reduce watering frequency.
