Growth Pattern: Perennial climbing vine. New leaves are very glossy, burgundy-olive green heart shaped. They turn greener with age and become more matte. The petioles remain a contrasting red creating a multi-toned plant. Mature Size: Grows a thick cane to a sturdy trellis or climbing pole. Grows 7'-10' high and up to 4' wide. Mature leaves may be 2' in length and 8" wide. Attributes: The burgundy red intensity will be more pronounced with more light.
