This Monstera is prized for its large leaves with unique white and green variegation. As a climbing tropical vine, it thrives with support to reach full leaf size and fenestrations. Bright, consistent light and regular care are essential to preserve its vibrant colors and overall health.
- Light: Requires bright, indirect light to maintain its variegation. Too little light will reduce the white coloring, while direct sun will easily burn the white sections.
- Temperature: Thrives in warm, stable conditions, ideally between 65-85°F (18-29°C). Keep it away from cold drafts and temperatures below 60°F (15°C).
- Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity (60% or above) to help leaves unfurl cleanly and prevent the white areas from browning.
- Watering: Allow the top 2-3 inches of the potting mix to dry out before watering thoroughly. Use a chunky, well-draining aroid mix to prevent root rot.
Additional Notes
This Monstera is a strong climber and benefits greatly from a sturdy moss pole or support structure to reach maturity. The 'Albo Variegata' grows slower than all-green varieties because the white sections lack chlorophyll.

Really helps soothe baby eczema overnight

This balm worked very well for my baby’s eczema, especially when used at night. It’s thick and moisturizing but not greasy, and it absorbs nicely into the skin. After a few nights of use, I noticed less redness, dryness, and scratching, and my baby seemed more comfortable sleeping.
It’s fragrance-free and gentle, which is very important for sensitive baby skin. A little goes a long way, so the jar lasts a good amount of time. If your baby has dry or eczema-prone skin, this is definitely worth trying.

Helped with my baby's eczema!!

Long overdue review but this was a lifesaver for my sons eczema. Before he was diagnosed, I was struggling to find a moisturizer to help soothe his angry red skin and his flare up wasn't going away or lessening at all. My sister whose son also has eczema, suggested I buy this tub after she gave us some to try. It worked! As a first time mom, seeing my 4-5 month old baby suffering from itchy and uncomfortable skin, I was so stressed about finding something that would help him. This body balm was thick and applied daily after his nighttime bath. The large red patches on his body slowly started to dissipate and we were so relieved. He was prescribed steroid cream for worse flare ups but we use this regularly to keep his eczema flare ups to a minimum and avoid steroid use as much as possible. Although sometimes this doesn't work for the more severe flares, so keep that in mind. It's okay to use the steroid cream or eucrisa prescribed by the doctor. Aveeno is a great daily maintenance cream to help keep their skin moisturized and happy. I highly recommend this jar of body balm, it lasts for many months and a little bit goes a long way.
