Want easy wildflowers with real impact? Wildflower Seedball Tubes are a simple, low-effort way to add colour to pots and borders while supporting bees, butterflies and other pollinators.

What are seedballs? Seedballs are small balls made from UK native wildflower seeds, clay and peat-free compost. The clay helps protect the seeds and gives them the best chance of sprouting when conditions are right – no careful sowing needed.

Each tube contains 20 seedballs filled with wildlife-friendly seeds. Choose from five different wildflower tube options and pick your favourites to suit your space, colour palette or the pollinators you want to attract.

How to use: Simply scatter the Seedballs on top of soil in a garden bed, border or pot, then water well. Keep them moist for the first couple of weeks, especially during dry spells. For best results, place seedballs roughly 10 cm apart.

When to scatter: Seedballs can be scattered from spring through to autumn. You’ll usually see shoots appear once temperatures warm and there’s consistent moisture. If scattered later in the year, seeds will remain dormant until conditions are right.

Where to grow: Great for pots, planters, window boxes and sunny garden patches. If you’re scattering into grass or a very weedy area, it helps to clear a small patch of soil first so seedlings don’t get smothered.

A thoughtful gift: A brilliant little present for gardeners and nature lovers – easy to post, easy to use and genuinely beneficial for wildlife.

An excellent book
Format: Kindle
I am a new fantasy fiction writer, and the detail of this book really helped me out very much. As I was searching Amazon for a book on this topic, this was one of the few that stood out. The author also offers continuous lessons on world building through his free newsletter, which I also find helpful. I highly recommend this book. Thank you Randy. L.M. Montes

Both books in this series are worthwhile reference sources
Format: Kindle
Great books--I got both this one and Creating Places. I simply stumbled upon both books online when looking for something about plotting, and I bought them both, and am glad I did. I'm a fairly experienced writer in literary genres, but fantasy/sci-fi are different. The first book I got, Creating Places, was immediately useful as I was creating a land ringed with tall mountains, and I wondered about rainfall--this book answered my question about how mountains effect rainfall! It's not like you couldn't look some of this stuff up in other ways, but having it all in one place was very useful to me. This one still had tips I was interested in, but I agree with the reviewer who noted it did feel like it was more about world building for world building's sake (at least in this book). Plenty of things didn't apply to what I'm writing, but if you use these as a handy reference--rather than a "how to" book, I still think there is a lot of use here. (Plus, when I bought it, the book was under $3, so I figured why not?)

A lot to think on!
Format: Kindle
I've been world building for several years now and thought I'd pick up this book just to see someone else's thoughts. This book really brought up some fun points I've skipped and gave me a lot of tools, can't wait to read the next one!

Very useful resource
Format: Paperback
I reference this book often when creating new characters, monsters and even animals and plants. The book has lots of interesting and useful tips and insights that I've found very useful. Its also organized in a manner that is easy to just go to the sections you need.

A fantastic resource for building your world
Format: Kindle
A fantastic resource for building your world. This book focuses specifically on the life in your created world, with lots of useful advice on fleshing out the deities, different humanoid species, animals, monsters, and undead. I'm very much looking forward to the release of the other two books that will follow on from this one.
