Enter a Bonsai, this miniature tree that comes straight from the land of the rising sun thanks to the Grow It Kit! It will revitalize your apartment and bring a good dose of green to your interior decoration.
For those who don't really have a green thumb, the Kit is very easy to use; it includes everything you need to grow Bonsai: seeds, coconut fiber starter pots and nutrient-rich compost.

Instructions :
- Place the coconut starter pot in an airtight container, add the compost disk and then about 100ml of water (the coconut disk expands to produce moist compost)
- Place the seeds evenly at a depth of 3 mm
- Ideally, place a plastic bag over the starting pot to cover it
- Do not expose the pot to direct sunlight but rather in a lighted place, at a temperature ideally between 13 and 16°C for 2 to 3 weeks
- Place the pot in the refrigerator for 3 to 6 weeks then leave it at a temperature ideally between 15 and 18°C ​​to allow the plant to germinate
- Remove the plastic bag when the seedlings grow
- Water if necessary (soil must be moist)

My only critique: the dated language can be dense, and the small font in some editions strains the eyes. A must-read for OBE enthusiasts

Basic Fundamentals of Astral Projection

This book is full of great information about Astral Projection that is presented in a straightforward manner. I have read many books and articles about this subject over the past 10 years. Many are full of scraps of insight that are glued together with abundant amounts of repetition and babble. Mr. Sylvan Muldoon, like many of the great occultists from the early 20th century, has created a work that will refresh the weary, "would-be" traveler by keeping his explanations short and concise. His theory on the astral body being ruled by the subconscious conveys why auto-suggestion is extremely important when attempting separation. He provides the traditional method of maintaining the hypnagogic state via the raised forearm of which Robert Monroe echoes in his own exercises 40 years later. His "Dream True" method is unique to any of the techniques that I have read about in the past. I cannot recommend this book enough for anyone who is attempting the art of Astral Projection.
