It started as Green 6, which is a standard ceramic industry term that sounds like a paint code for a government building. Then someone tweaked the glaze that evening. It was extraordinarily humid outside, the kind of humid where the air has opinions, and what came out of the kiln the next morning was something none of us had made and none of us could explain. When this one is gone it is gone. The Classic Collection is the original Chive line, built from onward, and the Succulent Green 6 has been in it long enough that it no longer needs to explain itself to anyone.
