- This plant is also called “flowering maple” because of the foliage’s resemblance to maple tree (Acer spp.) leaves.
- When they receive optimal care, abutilon plants grow quickly and flower profusely. Other than its water needs, red tiger also benefits from pinching or pruning to keep the flowers blooming all season long. Pinch or prune above a node, and wipe pruners with alcohol before making each cut to keep the blades sanitized and prevent the spread of disease.
- Abutilons are very heat tolerant, making them excellent for summer gardens or containers in the hot sun. Provide winter protection in cooler climates.
- Follow a regular watering schedule during the first growing season to establish a deep, extensive root system.

Great, light product.
I really love that this product is from an ancient recipe from JR Watkins.
Not heavy and soapy, I have sprayers that I use to spray those items that need a quick wash.
From plant-derived liquids, this stuff removes any food products as well as any heavy liquid detergent I have ever used.
Been using it for several years now and see no reason to stop.

My Favorite
I've been using this dish detergent for months. I just love it. The light fresh lemon scent and the fact that it does not give you dish-pan hands like those name brand grease cutting detergents. You have to spray more of this on a greasy surface and wash 2, maybe 3x depending on the surface, but it will cut grease. Love the spray bottle too. If the sprayer gets wonky I've found that if I remove the white screen from the sprayer nozzle it works better.

Works well at removing grime
My mother-in-law convinced me to start using the Dawn version of this, which has been a game-changer with the dishes. When I saw this product for less money, I decided to try it and it works just as well. Smells nice, cute on the counter, and cuts through the toughest of grease and grime.

Smells Delicious
Love this stuff. It works great and smells delicious. I love the dual mode sprayer. It's a little pricey initially, but the bottles can be refilled which lessens the cost in the long run.
