The end grain feature on the front holding the plant is layered Oak and Red Balau, glued together with a waterproof glue. Succulents do not need alot of water and is easy to maintain.  One of the many symbols of the Hawaiian islands. This Free hand cut Pineapple was finished with Resin art. The resin is intended to bring you closer to the beach and making you feel like the ocean waves are crashing at the shore. My handmade pieces may vary due to wood and resin formation in curing process.
