• No Photos: Please note that individual packets do not feature a photo of the final produce. If you need a visual reference, you can look up the variety name on our website to see full-colour images.

1. Seller's Discretion: The specific varieties included are chosen entirely at the discretion of the Happy Valley Seeds team based on available stock.
2. No Requests: We cannot accept notes or requests for specific vegetables (e.g., "No tomatoes").
3. Strictly No Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you do not like the specific variety.
4. No Duplicates (Per Pack): Each 5-pack contains different varieties. However, if you order multiple bundles, you may receive the same varieties in the second bundle.
5. Climate Suitability: We cannot guarantee every seed packet will be ideally suited to your specific climate zone or current season.
6. Overlap with Individual Items: If you buy this bundle and individual packets in the same order, you may receive duplicate copies of the individual items in the mystery bundle.
7. WA & TAS Friendly: These bundles contain only permitted species for WA/TAS. We handle the quarantine clearance; no extra fees are required.
