Manufactured in the USA by the world biggest tattoo ink manufacture, WORLD FAMOUS TATTOO INK. Colors that stay true! Perma Blend pigments are easy to apply, vegan, not tested on animals, sterile and organic. Certified under the European Union ResAP (2008).
