Red Alpine Strawberry (Fragaria vesca var. semperflorens) Red Alpine Strawberry is a hardy, everbearing variety that produces small, sweet, and intensely flavorful red berries from late spring to fall. Unlike traditional strawberries, these plants do not produce runners, making them ideal for compact spaces, borders, containers, and garden beds. Their delicate white flowers add ornamental value, and their fruit is prized for fresh eating, desserts, and preserves. Planting Instructions: 1. Growing Conditions: Hardiness Zone: 3-10 Sunlight: Full sun to partial shade Soil: Well-draining, rich, and slightly acidic (pH 5.5-6.5) Spacing: 6-12 inches apart 2. Sowing Seeds: Start seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Lightly press seeds onto moist soil—do not bury, as they need light to germinate. Keep soil moist and maintain temperatures around 65-75°F (18-24°C). Germination takes 1-4 weeks. 3. Transplanting: After the last frost, harden off seedlings and transplant them outdoors. Space plants 6-12 inches apart in rows or containers. Water thoroughly after transplanting. 4. Care & Maintenance: Watering: Keep soil consistently moist but not soggy. Mulching: Apply mulch to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Fertilizing: Use a balanced fertilizer every 4-6 weeks during the growing season. Harvesting: Pick ripe berries regularly to encourage continuous fruiting. Enjoy fresh, homegrown Red Alpine Strawberries all season long!

Great on paper, but milky
Size: 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Based on my research I think it's one of the best physical sunscreens. Highest active ingredient percent and good price. It is quite white and harder to melt in and I still tan quite deeply.

Too thick and Difficult to Spread
Size: 4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I’ve been using this sunscreen for several years. It was getting a good rating from Environmental Working Group in terms of being healthy for the skin. However, I finally gave up on it because it is so thick and difficult to spread. There are other healthy sunscreens that are not so thick and chalky.

Not oily.
Sprays evenly. Does not have that bug spray sent. Lasts a long time. You don't have to overspray to get good coverage. Works great for mosquitoes.
