Welcome to the world of Ripple jade, also known as Crassula arborescens 'Undulatifolia' - a stunning perennial, evergreen succulent that's bound to leave you in awe and a vibrant member of the Crassula genus! This ripple jade succulent is like no other! Its thin, wavy leaves make it the perfect addition to any arrangement that needs a little extra pizzazz.

Let me tell you, when given room to grow, this stunning crassula arborescens will form a dense and mounding shrub up to 4 feet tall! With some good pruning skills, you can turn your ripple jade into an adorable bonsai-like masterpiece. Now, while flowers are quite rare on this jade plant, don't count it out just yet because, in late winter, it can produce clusters of white, pink star-shaped blooms that'll leave your jaw hanging.

It grows in large numbers on rocky slopes in South Africa in the wild; however, it also works as an attractive landscaping shrub in frost-free climates and as a houseplant.

So, if you're looking for something unique and exciting to add to your succulent collection or arrangement - look no further than the ripple jade!

Watering Needs

The ripple jade succulent is a species that requires minimal watering. It's important to only water them when the soil has dried out, as overwatering can cause root rot. Succulents, including this ripple jade crassula, are prone to rot if their roots are constantly submerged in moisture.

As a drought-tolerant plant, the Crassula arborescens plant has developed an effective mechanism for storing water in its leaves. Oftentimes, people worry about underwatering their plants when they're actually giving them too much water - succulents, in particular, don't thrive well in damp soil, which can lead to root problems.

Light Requirements

The ripple jade can withstand full sun, but it prefers to grow in areas with some partial shade. Learn to adjust your ripple jade succulent to avoid burns if the location where you have the plant is exposed to a lot of sunlight. Gradually increase the exposure until it can handle the full sun.

It's critical to remember that during a heatwave or periods of extreme heat, your Crassula arborescens undulatifolia could still sustain sun damage or get sunburned. In this situation, you can protect the plant by moving it indoors or to a shaded area.

Optimal Soil & Fertilizer Needs

The ripple jade favors very airy, sandy soil that drains well. Planting them in ordinary soil will result in compacted roots, stunted growth, and root rot. Instead, make or buy a well-draining potting mix, or ideally, use our specialized potting mix that contains over-organic mycorrhizae to promote the development of a strong root system that helps your succulent to thrive.

Organic fertilizers equal to 5-10-5 (NPK) also last longer and keep your soil alive by adding other beneficial compounds and microbes that encourage plant health and nutrient absorption. So, skip those harsh chemicals and give your succulent some love with some awesome organic fertilizer!

Hardiness Zones & More

Typically grown in hot, arid desert regions, the ripple jade succulents thrive indoors in warm, dry surroundings. If you live in USDA regions 9 to 11, you can also grow these succulents Crassula arborescens outdoors year-round, but they are not cold- or frost-tolerant, so you should plant them indoors or put them in a pot and move them indoors during the winter if you live outside of these regions.

Keep your crassula jade plant away from cold, drafty windows and air vents if you are growing it indoors in a cold climate.

Be sure to add Crassula arborescens 'Undulatifolia’ to your home or garden and enjoy its low maintenance care while admiring its impressive display year after year.

Great crime thriller! Fun,crazy, strong main character! Surprising & shocking twists! Perfection.
Format: Kindle
Wow what a great read this was !! I just finished it and truly enjoyed this. It had everything that I wanted in a book. I loved the mystery and the crime thriller in this mixed with some really fun found family, love, and crazy fun banter. My heart broke with the journey and the losses and the heartfelt struggles to move forward after loss. I loved how smart, strong and wonderfully crazy Ridley was. It made the story so fun even with the crime saga journey. Loved all the characters and how well they were described. You could honestly picture everything. This had a surprising twist at the end that made it all come together and really shock you. I actually yelled out "OH NO HELP HER! at one point of the book and walked away for a minute and then had to immediately jump back in. lol I really enjoyed this book! Really needs to become a series of this type of crime solving. Great writing. I have found a new great author to follow because I now have to have more of her writing.

If you have read one, you have read them all
Format: Kindle
Catherine Cowles isn't a bad author, but she's incredibly predictable and NEVER deviates from her formula. It's getting to the point it's grating at this point. I feel like I should have a checklist. - heroine is feisty but vulnerable? Check - hero is grumpy with some cutesy nickname for the heroine that he WAY overuses? Check - there will be some mystery in the plot and heroine will need rescuing because of danger she manages to get herself into multiple times? Check - characters have bizarre names you will rarely encounter in real life and I swear are the results of a love affair with a baby name book? Check, but tbf these aren't too bad, usually her books are worse - plenty of quirky side characters with potential for additional books? Check If you want predictability and safety then by all means, go for it. There's just something about her books I'm rapidly losing interest in. I think it's the cutesy pet names the hero gives the heroine I can't stand anymore. They are NEVER something you'd hear on real life and they are very overused. Why can't she ever make it based on the character's name? Why is it ALWAYS some random word like "chaos" or "trouble" or "rebel" or "reckless"?

My first 5+-starred read of 2025!
Format: Kindle
This! This is Catherine Cowles's best work to date, and I'm saying that as a reader who has perused all her books and have enjoyed the heck out of them. All the Missing Pieces is a complete standalone; yes, there's a mention of a character from a previous Cowles novel, and I wouldn't mind a novella for two supporting characters, but for all intents and purposes, this romantic suspense masterpiece can absolutely be read on its own. If you're new to this author, this book is an amazing place to experience her storytelling; if you've read Cowles before, sit back and relish all of the small-town rom-sus goodness. When Ridley Sawyer Bennett (27) arrives in the small town of Shady Cove, California in Bessie the van with cat Tater riding shotgun, she quickly wears out her welcome when her true intentions come to light. The true crime podcaster is connecting dots, suspecting unsolved abductions, including her own twin sister's from five years ago, and murders are linked to one person--and that it all began with what happened to Emerson Sinclair nearly a decade ago. The residents of Shady Cove, however, are protective of Emmie, most especially the town's sheriff, Colter Brooks (36). He wants nothing more for Ridley to up and leave, but Colt is also at war with his pesky attraction to her. Soon, they're not only teaming up, they're diving into their fiery connection. Are they wading into long lost answers or could they quickly drown in danger? Unsolved crimes, undeniable chemistry, small-town feels, AND fur babies?! Catherine Cowles delivers what has just become my very first five-plus-starred read for 2025. All the Missing Pieces is her first traditionally published novel, and let me just say this: The hype is oh-so-real. Cowles kept me on my toes, leading me to second-guessing whoever I had atop my list of potential suspects. Heck, there was a point in the story where I actually wasn't sure about the entire list I had! So, the suspense aspect was a hit with me, and the romance? Gah! The tension between Ridley and Colt was superb! Think not merely a chef's kiss but several of them. This book grabbed me from the get-go and just never let go. Five-plus stars!

Good skincare products, see review for tips!
These products are skincare for men. I am a woman but I tried them out (I have skin too). Here are my thoughts and some tips. First of all, this is a pretty good value to get these three full-sized products. Face Scrub: This is a dark green scrub for washing your face. It has a pleasant scent. It has little beads for scrubbing and exfoliation to get rid of those dead skin cells if you have them. I usually find facial scrubs drying and even irritating, this one actually worked very well and did not dry or irritate my face. I have really delicate, soft facial skin so I think this would be great for men’s facial skin which is probably not as delicate. I would recommend to make it easy, right before you shower, put some in your hand with some water and lather it up in your hand, then massage it around your face. You can do this harder if you need a good scrub, or softer. Then hop in the shower and let the shower rinse it off. Much easier than trying to splash it off your face with water! And it says only use 3-5 times a week, this is probably due to the exfoliation part, you don’t want to do that every day. If you are out all day and grimy or sweaty, that would also be a great time to use this. Facial Moisturizer: This is a creamy moisturizer. It has some really good ingredients. I think it would work for dry, combination, or oily skin, it’s really an all-purpose type facial moisturizer. It says it’s unscented, there is a mild scent but it’s more like a utilitarian scent, I don’t know how to describe it, but men probably would be fine with it. Eye cream: This is a great eye cream. It doesn’t have a scent, goes on really nice, and is soothing and moisturizing. Men, if you use anything, use this! I often see older men with dry skin around their eyes when it would be so easy just to put some eye cream on in the morning, not only will it makes around your eyes look better but they will feel so much better. If I don’t use eye cream, the skin around my eyes feels dry all day, especially in winter. There is a solution! So this is a great gift if you think the man in your life would use it. It’s in a nice box. The only thing I was a little surprised at was when you open the box the three products are just loose in there, I expected there to be some packing or something inside.

Polished, Well-Balanced Gift Set with a Refined Scent
This gift set feels thoughtfully put together and well presented. The packaging looks clean and gift-ready without being excessive. The scent profile is balanced and subtle rather than overpowering. Each product feels cohesive as part of the set instead of random add-ins. Texture and absorption are comfortable for daily use. Nothing felt greasy or heavy after application. The set works well for travel or everyday grooming. It’s something I’d feel comfortable gifting without additional wrapping. Overall, it feels polished and intentionally curated.
