Concentrated, doctor-developed foot care for the people whose feet take a daily beating. A best-selling favourite among customers managing plantar fasciitis, heel pain, arch tension, Achilles tightness, and the everyday wear of long hours on your feet — handcrafted in Essex with a cooling, comforting blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, ginger, and lavender.

Why it works

Plantar Fasciitis Soothing Balm is our most popular foot care product — built around the kind of cooling, warming, deeply nourishing ingredients people reach for when their feet have been working hard. Peppermint and eucalyptus deliver an instant cooling sensation. Ginger brings a gentle warming character. Lavender calms and grounds. Shea butter, coconut oil, hemp seed oil, and jojoba sink in to leave skin soft, smooth, and well looked-after.

It's a favourite among people managing plantar fasciitis, heel pain, arch discomfort, Achilles tightness, and heel spurs — alongside customers on their feet all day for work, runners, hikers, dancers, and anyone who simply ends the day with tight, tired feet. Built for daily use, fast-absorbing, and never greasy.

Free from parabens, sulphates, and synthetic chemicals. Doctor-developed and handcrafted in small batches in Essex by a UK family-owned brand crafting plant-based skincare since 2007.

How to use

Apply a generous amount to the affected area — heel, arch, sole, top of foot, or anywhere that feels tight or tired. Massage in gently in circular motions until fully absorbed. Use morning and evening for best results, or reapply through the day as often as your feet need.

Particularly loved as part of an evening wind-down routine — apply, then slip on a pair of cotton socks for 20 minutes to let the ingredients work their way in. Many of our customers also use it before slipping into bed, so the cooling, calming effect helps them settle.

Ingredients

Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii Butter), Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera Oil), Beeswax (Cera Alba), Hemp Oil (Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil), Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil), Sunflower Oil (Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil), Ginger Oil (Zingiber Officinale Root Oil), Peppermint Oil (Mentha Piperita Oil), Lavender Oil (Lavandula Angustifolia Oil), Eucalyptus Oil (Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil), Vitamin E (Tocopherol).

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this plantar fasciitis balm made for?

It's loved by an incredibly wide range of customers — people managing plantar fasciitis, those dealing with heel pain or arch tension, customers with Achilles tightness or heel spurs, runners and hikers, nurses and teachers on their feet all day, hospitality and retail workers, dancers, and anyone whose feet end the day tired and uncomfortable. The blend is gentle enough for daily use, concentrated enough to feel like it's actually doing something, and pleasant enough to look forward to applying. Patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before first use if you have sensitive skin.

How quickly will I feel a difference?

The cooling sensation from peppermint and eucalyptus is felt within seconds of application — that's the bit customers tend to comment on first. The deeper comfort of the nourishing oils builds over consistent use. Most customers tell us they notice a meaningful difference in how their feet feel within the first week of twice-daily use, with the biggest improvements coming when it's used consistently as part of a daily routine rather than occasionally. If symptoms are severe or aren't improving, it's always worth speaking to a GP, physiotherapist, or podiatrist for tailored advice.

Can I use it alongside stretching, insoles, or physio?

Absolutely — and many of our customers do exactly that. Plantar fasciitis and heel pain typically respond best to a combination approach: regular stretching, proper footwear, supportive insoles, physiotherapy if recommended, and consistent daily foot care. This balm fits naturally into that kind of routine — apply after stretching, before bed, or whenever you'd otherwise be massaging your feet. If you're working with a physiotherapist or podiatrist, mention it to them; they'll usually be supportive of a daily foot care routine alongside whatever exercises they've prescribed.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

The blend is paraben-free, sulphate-free, and built around gentle plant-based ingredients. That said, this is a concentrated foot formula with active essential oils — peppermint and eucalyptus in particular — which a small number of people with very sensitive skin can react to. We always recommend a 24-hour patch test on the inner forearm before applying to a larger area. If you have known allergies to peppermint, eucalyptus, or any of the listed ingredients, this isn't the right product for you. Avoid use during pregnancy without speaking to a GP or midwife first.

Can I use it on Achilles tendon, heel spurs, or top of foot?

Yes — the balm isn't just for the sole. Many of our customers apply it across the whole foot area: the heel and arch (where plantar fasciitis is felt most), the Achilles tendon at the back, the top of the foot, and even into the calf muscles. The same cooling, warming, nourishing combination works just as well across any tight or tired area below the knee. Massage in slow circles, working from heel up toward the calf, and let it absorb fully before standing up.

How long does a 30g tin last?

A 30g tin typically lasts most customers around 4 to 6 weeks with twice-daily use on one or both feet — though it can stretch much further if you use it less frequently or only on small areas. A little goes a long way thanks to the concentrated formula. The tin is travel-friendly and small enough to keep in a gym bag or bedside drawer. Stored in a cool, dry place with the lid sealed, it keeps perfectly until used up.

Box works well, for storage and display. It’s a bit shallow but works for flat storage. No key lock.

Display window and additional storage
Color: Black
It has a nice carbon fiber look. The large window is great for displaying your watches and sunglasses. The box has plenty of room for rings, cuff links and necklaces.

Amazing value
Color: Black
Perfect jewelry box for my needs. Fits the watches nicely, I also use it for a few of my pocket knives. All fits well, looks great, definitely nothing over the top but simple, clean, and very functional.

Effective & Attractive with Wireless Charging
Color: Blue, Color: Blue
This "valet" organizer, which is the first time I've heard that term for a product like this, is nearly perfect. For me, it checks all of the boxes and in a perfect world, I would have opted for a smaller piece with only three compartments for mobile, wallet, and keys. It's well made and quite attractive, especially the blue (favorite color, so I'm biased). The only feature I'm not a fan of is how the removeable, wireless charging pad was implemented, which sits up on a small lip at a slight incline. However, I'm not complaining one bit as the wireless charging is great, and it's a differentiator that determines the value of the piece. I would have preferred the pad be built into the piece, however the angle of it does make it easy to grab opposed to using your finger(s) to pry it up.
