This seed mix is perfect for gardeners seeking colorful, low-maintenance wildflowers that thrive in shaded or partially shaded areas. It is especially suited for adding visual interest to shaded garden corners, woodland edges, or under trees where full sun is limited. The Wildflowers Partial Shade Scatter Garden Seed Mix offers an affordable and eco-friendly option for establishing native wildflower habitats without the need for extensive site preparation.

We recommend lightly raking the area after scattering and maintaining consistent moisture during germination. Once established, these wildflowers require minimal watering and fertilization, making them suitable for environmentally conscious gardening. 

Plant this mix in an area of your garden that gets partial shade.  Includes a mix of 15 different shade tolerant (less than 6 hours of sunlight per day) flower varieties. 

Wildflower establishment requires some important steps:

- Site selection/preparation: It's important to address competition from weeds: pull, till, or use organic herbicides. If planting in the spring/summer you can wait for weeds to germinate, control and then plant the wildflower seeds.
- Seeding:  You will want to have good seed to soil contact, broadcasting by hand is a good approach on small plot, may want to mix with an inert carrier, sand or other. Raking in and covering with soil 2-3 times seed thickness.

- Watering: During establishment for the first month, can be from rain in spring or supplement with irrigation.

- Timing: The best time to plant is in spring to early summer and even again in late fall.

The Piglet turned my old dog EVIL!
This little piglet turned my old lady into a monster. She normally plays with the full-sized version, but I saw this little guy for like 75% off, so I thought, “What the heck! My Dog's Favorite Toy
When my small poodle mix was rehomed to me, he came with many toys. One of them was this latex squeaky toy. It is his absolute favorite toy and I've bought several more so I have them on hand if anything happens to the original Polka-dot Pig. Amazingly, my dog is a chewer but has never used this toy to chew on - only to play with. He will sometimes play by himself with it, but usually it's a robust game of indoor fetch (he doesn't fetch outside, go figure). An added bonus is that with the inhale of air, the toy makes a different squeak that inspires my dog to howl. It's a riot. People should know that this toy is LOUD and the smaller size does not grunt, it squeaks. Another bonus is that it squeaks with the slightest touch - the dog doesn't have to find the squeaker in the toy, the whole toy is the squeaker. Oh, and it also bounces erratically, which is fun for the dog. This household will never be without Polka-dot Pig.

Product is not what was advertised!
Umm…..SERIOUSLY??!! This dog toy was supposed to be big enough for an Australian Shepherd dog to be able to play with. This dog toy was also supposed to have a pig grunt, just like all of the other pigs that are just like it. It was supposed to come in various colors, and multiple pigs-(from what I saw in the picture advertisement.) The pig was the size of a regular Altoids tinbox. This toy pig did not have a grunt, when it gets squeezed; but, it had one of the most annoying high-pitched squeaking sounds! There was only one small toy pig, and it only came in yellow. Where are the other five pigs that are supposed to go with this, if that’s what the picture advertises? How come I don’t get to choose the color of the pig, but I’m left at your mercy on what color you’re going to send me. I still have this toy pig, still wrapped up in the original plastic wrap. There is no way that I am going to give this little toy pig to this big Australian Shepherd dog, because he would tear it up within 10 seconds. I still have the toy pig, and I want to send it back for a refund. This advertiser was very misleading, and they need to pull their ad off of the site. I am very disappointed in what I received!!
