• This variety has been wrongly identified as Colcasia and Alocasia before recently being reclassified as Caladium praetermissum - praetermissum meaning neglected or overlooked, referring to its incorrect identification.

Water: When the top 2-3cm of soil becomes dry.

Ideal Position: East facing

Light: Bright, indirect or filtered light.
