The fascinating, full-shade White Feather Hosta is truly magical! Curious white leaves are a welcome surprise as they emerge in spring. As it matures, the leaves transform into a blend of green and cream. Lavender flowers grace your garden in mid to late summer. Performs best in full shade. Direct sun can burn the foliage. Attracts hummingbirds.

Plant in well-drained, slightly acidic, soil (pH of 5.8 to 6.5). A high, “basic” pH of over 7.2 can change the leaf color.

Avoid planting hosta in a poorly drained location. Root and crown rot are prevalent in hostas planted in such sites.
